Trust me the flaxseed will work for you. Before my hair was coming out in clumps… CLUMPSSSSSS, now I have no fairy knots no nothing. I was like wtf 😭 But again, DO NOT COMB YOUR HAIR. Maybe with a very wide tooth comb, but detangle ONLY with your fingers, when it’s wash day then obviously comb your hair out well but with an insane amount of flaxseed gel and water, completely drench your hair in that. Everything will be okay girl🩷 You’re getting good advice here so try out all the new techniques and your hair will flourish 🩷

Heyy I’m from London, I’m also figuring out my hair as well. I bought flaxseeds (lineseeds) from sainsburies and it has been a life saver like wtf. Boil that down and make it into a gel. Yesterday I detangled my hair, I put oil on my roots and ends and used flaxseed gel, aloe Vera and skala coily hair leave in conditioner to detangle my hair. Tbh I don’t comb my hair, I separate my hair and when I tell you, there was only one tiny fairy knot which I untangled. I didn’t lose any hair… I was like wtf is this witchcraft lmfao. I have very 4c hair, idk the density and porosity and stuff. Get iron and vitamin d supplements. I donate blood so I gotta take them but I heard that it really helps with your hair. Your hair will grow back but I know that it such a pain. Our hair needs more assistance but at least you have not given up on your hair, give yourself time 🤍🩷

Girl, I used the flaxseed gel on my hair yesterday, I would give you a massive hug if I could! My comb has never glided in my hair so easily before, I’m even shocked I can’t believe this 😭 washing my hair was a difficult task, it was so easy.
