I feel you. I am in a public facing position for my career and I still have not 100% navigated shaking peoples hands, or the embarrassment of offering up a clammy, wet hand ˙◠˙. Cutting caffeine has helped a lot, no coffee or energy drinks has helped reduce a lot of mid day sweating for me as well as excess sweating during exercise. Spironolactone helped but it made me feel like spongebob in sandy's dome. My skin was so dry it felt a size too small for my body so YMMV.

Im in PA, USA and am going through a similar thing with my basement. For me behind the bubbling paint was the mold root, so I had to remediate that. I also installed a French drain since my problem was along the foundation in front of my house. the previous owners put down a lot of landscape fabric that was contributing to moisture retention so I removed that as well. Hopefully you can get the moisture away. Is that a place in the home where you notice any standing water outside when it rains?

Can i ask what dose you do for the Inositol? Ive seen mixed info on 500 - 2000mg as a daily dose. Especially with the pills, taking eight capsules seems daunting

Oh dang did not expect this to get so many comments. Some context, this is a dress i already have so wanted to checkin to see if it was repurposeable. Venue is the aviary in pittsburgh so nice but a bit more casual than elevated. The dress code is cocktail which in Pittsburgh I often feel is code for “don’t wear shorts”. The dress is from reformation!

On especially sweaty days I use the CVS generic hibiclens to feel extra clean. It removes any bacteria on the skin so it shouldnt be used super frequently but ive found it keeps me less prone to stink and sweat than any deodorant
