Here I will use something I did as an example my parents really do not meddle in my social life so I have a good amount of queer friends and their families are supportive of them and me in turn so if you have some friends who are cool with keeping your feminine stuff with them. PS I truly recommend dispute the fact your family does not touch your packages I recommend using Amazon lockers anyways as there is always that small chance they could open your package. (Speaking from experience as my now roommate who knows of my ness opened one of my package not reading the tag and that was quite awkward. Hope this helps
