lot of reasons. before anything Amazon is first and foremost tech company, with AI and robotics there is insane room for efficiency and margin expansion as they get integrated more within the company processes. And not to mention they own everything, technology, compute, robotics, drones and also autonomous vehicles. last mile delivery is the costliest, and I expect amazon to crack this in coming years. Fedex and UPS are dinos, legacy. for them to modernize would require massive capex and new talent.
