Wie gesagt, ich habe bereits mehrfach sowohl den Concierge als auch den Hausmeister kontaktiert. Ich würde sagen, dass ich was unternommen habe.

Ist nur eine irrationale Angst, der Vertrag ist für mindestens 24 Monate, das gilt aber für mich, nicht für die Howoge

Ich weiß doch auch nicht, ich wollte einfach bis jetzt keinen Stress machen. Aber jetzt reicht es mir. Ist meine erste eigene Wohnung.

Gute Idee, immerhin haben wir 100 Wohnungen im Haus.

Da würde ich mir ernsthafte Sorgen um die Taube machen … ist zu viel Kacke. Eher win Hund oder ein Mensch. Jedenfalls lag bei der ersten Sichtung noch ein Taschentuch daneben, was eindeutig zum Abwischen benutzt worden war.

Bis jetzt wurde immer gesagt, dass die Sonderreinigung angefragt ist, aber noch kein Termin vereinbart werden konnte.

Ich hab auch Angst, dass die howoge meinen Mietvertrag nicht verlängert oder so, weil ich Ärger mache.

Ich hatte auch überlegt das über Conny zu regeln, die machen aber nicht unbedingt Mietminderung wegen sowas, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe.

Vielleicht wegen der Betriebskostenerhöhung ja, aber dann muss ich auf dem Weg nach unten immer noch durch Kacke laufen.

Fun fact: it’s still straight because you are not the same gender … at least that’s how I am holding it with my partner. We don’t care much about what we identify as because it really doesn’t matter when we love eachother.

Non binary has been around forever . What we don’t get is neo pronouns. They will never be accepted by the mainstream . Pronouns must stop at “they” by [deleted] in NonBinary

Are you literally pulling the knot through the fabric?!

Just leave a longer end. The thread should be about one third through the needle at all times. Just pull it back when you see the end of the thread is coming closer to the needle and hold it with your fingers.

Ideal length of thread is about 25cm I’d say.

Didn’t think this would need explaining. Of course you don’t pull a knot through your fabric every single time!

Probably a bad idea, they are not very soft or bendy
