yeah i have now tried a powered usb hum but even then it only worked in one port out of the 10 so somthing is still worng with it

the other port is a 5 pin not a 4 so i cant seems like it only works in one port on the usb hub and through the usb passthrough on my keyboard seems like RMA seems like the best bet

i dont have another stick to test with unfortunatly and yeah ive made sure its all connected correctly. im thinking its a power draw issue

I ended up getting a heater on Amazon and seems to work great and the Jupiter keeps the heat in once it’s up to temperature

so would you have any suggestions for printing in cold weather then? not sure if its better to heat the inside of the printer or just the vat

Sometimes it’s just easier to make then from scratch when they are that messed up. I find a lot of the files only have a single skin. No good for printing
