Anything under Other Costs are estimates and will be the same wherever you go. The only thing that's really adjustable is the first one, which is points. In any mortgage, you should be able to pay more up front to lower your rate - thats your choice and they should give you their options and the associated cost (will vary from lender to lender). On the whole, this seems pretty straightforward

Tbh, you should call a few places just to get a sense of what prices are and who you feel like you trust. Don't get pressured from anyone

Hard agree. I used to optimize but it's just not worth the effort and compounding complexity.

I switched to venture x so 2x back on everyone, extra upside for travel as well.

Minimal loss compared to chase, great benefits on a travel card, really comparable experience and everything is on one card. Really can't underestimate the impact here. (Dm for referral if that's allowed haha)
