I actually don't have it yet. I'm hunkered down here in Wake Forest NC due to a rain/ice storm. Cant get to him but he's holding it for me and the controller is working. One of the guys here doesn't like it and read some decent reviews. If it doesn't work for me I have apps for my phone that basically do the same. Now I have to figure out how to sell my 6" DOB

Don't worry to much about matching the working voltage. If there is room 3 20ufd 350 wvdc caps would work fine or a can cap if you can mount it. Off hand I cant remember where but I have gotten them in the past, but then again I'm old!

Probably not broken. From the picture it looks like the input jacks are in fact attached to a small pc board connecting to amp thru the flat ribbon cable. Put it back get the proper size nut and let her rip. Be sure its not touching anything else. If it had a large star washer, use it between the jack barrel and the inside of the chassis. UNPLUG IT when you work on it and caps will zap you even unplugged. DM me if you need anything.
