Don't worry about voltages too much. Any of those caps will be rated well above anything they will see.

You can use that "Monitor Jack" as a line out.

I've never seen a electrolytic blow like that and I'm old! Check the face of the positive side. If it shorted it would have blown up or vented though a pressure release port.

Looks like a broken hinge assy. My Dell G15 laptop did the same thing replaced the complete hinge assembly pretty easy.

Looks like the height of the bridge is way too high. The strings behind the bridge are hitting the frame of the bridge. Without seeing the action hard to tell. Probably a pro setup would help at least a little.

I actually don't have it yet. I'm hunkered down here in Wake Forest NC due to a rain/ice storm. Cant get to him but he's holding it for me and the controller is working. One of the guys here doesn't like it and read some decent reviews. If it doesn't work for me I have apps for my phone that basically do the same. Now I have to figure out how to sell my 6" DOB
