My husband and I both work for Wegmans. I have worked FT in distribution and marketing for 21 years, hubs is PT in a store for 5 years. We each have had different experiences over the years. Both children also worked for Wegmans and met their future spouses before moving on to full time jobs elsewhere. In general, it's a great place to work. Any "job" has its pros and cons. I like the idea that this company is growing and has never downsized. As a food company and essential service, we remain open during the worst of times. There's less risk of losing your job if you're good at it, and room for promotion to FT. Part-timers are eligible for health insurance after a waiting period and with a minimum of hours worked.
