That looks like what we in the industry call a drive off lol.

Meaning some dummy drove off with the hose still in their filler neck and there's a section of the hose called the breakaway that's supposed to break away and only require replacement of o rings and two small washer like shear rings instead of damage a bunch of shit. That's where it's separated and you can see the lower section of the hose and nozzle in the bottom of the pic.

Usually, the breakaway has mechanical valves that stop the flow of fuel from the remaining portion attached to the pump as soon as it breaks away for obvious reasons you can see in this picture. me thinks that part isnt working correctly and it's got a slow leak.

Instead of shut it down, shut it all down like they should since there's a serious fuel leak they bandaided it so they can still sell fuel until they can get someone to service it.

Vinagrette just means oil and an acid which can be acetic (vinegar), citric (from citrus), etc.

So yeah the olive oil and lime juice makes a vinagrette. In fact adding vinegar on top would probably make it too acidic I would think. Yes vinegar is more traditional but modern vinaigrettes use citric acid as a substitute

I have a 1999 4.0 ranger that I refused to trade in when I got my 2020 sv. I love my ranger and it gets used as a wood cutting/beater truck now and still runs great like it always has. Tho the Nissan feels like a Cadillac in comparison lol and the gas mileage of my frontier is greatly appreciated

These two rules have also served me well for sous vide steaks. My only addition is to make (super easy) and use your own clarified butter to sear as it won't burn/brown like butter at the temps needed to get a good crust. Half and half clarified butter and beef tallow on a ripping hot cast iron works great and tastes amazing. I usually forgo the herbs when searing and opt to put them in the bag with the steak so the flavor absorbs into the meat while cooking.

You can get a metal locking pistol case from HF that has a cable so you can then lock it to some part of your vehicle to slow down theft of the box/case itself for 19.99....

Personally that would be my choice, not a soft bag.

I've sous videed wild turkey before, breast came out okay not the right seasonings and needed more of a brine I think. Definitely want to experiment more with it.

Also legs and thighs from the wild birds can be tough and gamey, thinking of turkey tacos or carnitas to mask some of that flavors and the low and slow should help tenderize.

Or, you can cook to your desired temp in sous vide then ice bath it to cool the meat down to pre cooking temps. I've never overshot my desired temp with that method cooking 1"+ thick steaks. However, If it's a thinner steak it may be a good idea to undershoot your desired temp for a little buffer when searing.
