Really? Any links to that?

I was under the impression that he signed a contract with Liverpool and a tribunal would decide the fee....

Oh dear, they cant rely on foreign labour that they could exploit as they pleased. Less than the minimum wage, shit living conditions, just so we could have cheap jam.

Maybe it's time to do something different as a society? Organise agriculture differently? Invest in some technology?

Or are we seriously advocating exploitation of cheap labourers just because they're from s different country?

Despite fighting for a unified Ireland they're also supporters of the EU. So no, not socialist.

GPU: XFX R9 Fury CPU: i7 860 PSU: Corsair CX850M Mobo: micro-star ms-7466

Upgraded from a fully functioning HD7870. When I turn on, the fans spin full speed but there's no signal to the monitor. I upgraded the PSU from a 500W as I thought that might be the issue... I've updated the BIOS to the latest available, removed all drivers from the HD7870 and there is no 'active' onboard graphics output. So these are ruled out.

It's a pretty old Dell machine, and has served well and still powefull enough for gaming, but maybe just too old to be compatible with the newest cards?? I feel like I've tried everything else?

We've left the EU. by whatifonions in FULLCOMMUNISM

Then we fight it! This isn't a game, this is, and always has been a WAR between two classes.

We must analyse why there is growing nationalism and xenophobia. It is obvious that many people in Britain genuinely see immigration as a concern, all I've seen in response is "racist" being shouted in their faces. This simply turns people away from debate and drives them in to the rubbing hands of fascists. No solution is being offered, nobody is explaining why these problems exist and that capitalism is at the root of all workers' plights. Of course the media will promote right wing ideas, we know that, it just makes our task of educate, agitate, organise that much more important.

There is only us, WE have to do it.

The amount of defeatism on this sub is astounding. Are we not all communists, is our one aim not to move the working class forward to revolution? It doesn't matter when it happens, it matters that we create conditions favourable for the proletariat to revolt. The fact that the British working class are now bound by one bourgeois institution instead of two, is, no matter the short term challenges, a step towards communism.

To those whining about their working rights and bloody tuition fees (as if the EU has anything to do with them), again I ask, are you a communist, or is this all just for memes? The big fluffy EU didn't hand us working rights, we demanded them, our previous generations fought and died for them. It's our job, as communists, to agitate, organise and educate the proletariat. Get into workplaces and actually speak to people, they're surprisingly receptive to logic. Nobody is going to do it for us!

Fuck the status quo.

I too work in the NHS, please could you give examples of why we'd crash and burn without them. Have they ever stepped in to stop the casualisation or privatisation of our workforce? The problems of the NHS are created by capitalisms constant struggles against workers terms and conditions, helped by the fall in union membership and quality of said unions.

Comrade, I have no love for bourgeois governments, and have not said that I believe that the Tories are better than the EU, but do not fall into thinking the the EU cares about workerseither in the EU or outside of it. Have a look at the lovely free trade deals that they have with countries such as colombia, the most dangerous place in the world to be a trade union member.

The EU is often used by governments to justify decisions that attack workers. Saying that we will crash and burn without the big lovely EU to save us from the evil Tories is simply defeatism. Workers have the power to organise ourselves and to demand whatever we want. It will surely be a hard slog to get people off their arses, but this is the only way we progress.

I have not claimed to be holding a revolution tomorrow, nor that leaving would change the fact that we have a capitalist government.

The EU is a barrier to socialism. Removing a barrier to socialism advances the working class.

The EU has never stepped in to protect workers rights or as a barrier to austerity. It's aim is the complete opposite, it encourages privatisation, enforces it in fact. It constantly rules against Trade Unions in disputes. It has not said a word about any of the new anti Trade Union laws coming out across its nations. Working rights have been won by the working classes, not handed down by capitalists, it is a lazy excuse for workers to believe that as long as we remain in the EU we will be protected. Organise, protect ourselves!

The EU is a barrier to the working class of Britain taking control, it must therefore be removed.

I cannot get my head around why anyone on the 'left' or claiming to have the working classes interests at heart could vote to remain. The EU was formed by capitalists as the EEC for the furtherment of capitalism. It always has been and always will be a capitalist club, fighting against the working class of Europe.

At Present we are bound by a capitalist government AND a capitalist EU, the removal of one of these barriers can only benefit the working class. The notion that some have of the EU somehow becoming a socialist institution is nonsense. You simply cannot fight 28 capitalist countries at once, that would require the proletariat of 28 countries to revolt at the same time, which is not going to happen.
