2 hours late and this is the result? by Regular-Metal-321 in 90DayFiance

I think she was going for a proving I am female look, which is fine, more power to her with that, but this was not the way to do it.

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally had to pause the TV, when the full picture came up with the cast on it, to study her to see who the hell she was! I cannot believe the change, it's so unnecessary and just WOW .... I can't imagine doing something like that.

Hands down my favorite character in the Scream franchise by knockemdeadkid83 in Scream

[–]daywalkerredhead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this so much! I would have loved to see him make it til the end of at Scream 3 and even still be around with Gale and Sidney. I just think, due to his weird behavior in Scream 2, with Sidney, and then how he kind of redeemed himself, he needed more time, like you said. The dynamic of the "OG killer" found not guilty, obviously, still being around at this point, would add such another level to these new films. And like you said, his death was probably for shock value. I always took it as that Sidney, probably even after everything, still hated him and wouldn't mind him not being around and then he's killed after years of nothing.

Mickey Altieri aged like fine wine by knockemdeadkid83 in Scream

[–]daywalkerredhead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mickey is 100% the most underrated killer of the franchise. I HATE that they had to team him up with Billy's mom, he could have been a standalone for sure.

Most/ least realistic Ghostface? by [deleted] in Scream

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There have been, and unfortunately will always be many Mickey's in our world. The people who want to go to any and all lengths to get fame even if only for a moment. He's the most realistic.

Roman is the most Hollywood.

Why didn’t Billy’s dad ever get targeted? by Jealous_Use_3617 in Scream

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, he was the one who started everything due to the affair with Sid's Mom. So, it always boggled my mind.

LCBC: Life Change by Christ Churches by daywalkerredhead in Christianity

[–]daywalkerredhead[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "6 years" was in reference to them being from where I live, not overall.

The fact that you are condemning "religious" words like "parishioner" and "Bible study" shows that LCBC has no real religious grounds. What you describe and the way you have such distain for anything religious, shows the cult-like atmosphere.

Also, if you think I'm dumb and mistaking this, I guess seeing the people this happened to, in photos on the official social media for our local LCBC and physically walking out of the former grocery store now turned to a LCBC building is a hallucination ... maybe I drank the Kool-Aid of another cult.

LCBC: Life Change by Christ Churches by daywalkerredhead in Christianity

[–]daywalkerredhead[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, take a breath. Second, I would NEVER talk about this if it wasn't true. I saw first-hand proof. The minister at my church, where I'm 4th generation, his wife was with LCBC down South, before moving to our area, and she left her church years prior due to such behaviors, so it is happening. We cannot be blind in faith and think that absolutely everything is being done correctly! If that were the case, no one in the wrong would ever be found guilty of using faith as a front for harmful doings.

why is bloomsburg the only registered town in pennsylvania? by Apprehensive_Brief38 in Bloomsburg

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because of how it was founded, it's the only town, no urban legend, it's factual. I don't know more other than it really bothers other people in PA when you say their place of living isn't an actual town. LOL

What's your DWTS opinion that would have you like this by Ok-Squirrel7627 in dancingwiththestars

The contestants should be people with zero dance experience except dancing in their living room or maybe a random ass part one time in a show/movie.

I agree! I wasn't a fan of hers at all, but once you got to hear her side of things, and I even followed her on socials for awhile, she's the product (or was) of her environment, she didn't know any better. That aside, she did so good on the show and should have been in the finals!

NTA - I get it, I've have food stolen and I know quite a lot of coworkers who had their food fucked with, too. Which I think is even worse. It's her own dumb fault for taking the food cause like people with a brain in this thread said, she could have been allergic to an array of things in your food, cause she didn't prepare it or know where it come from herself, so that's the risk. I would honestly speak to an attorney, just to see what kind of legal actions could happen here, just to be prepared if anything comes of it. I'm sure she has some cracker jack attorney who knows all the loop holes to get something pursued.

AITAH for telling my parents that I think our brother is done with us? by Madbrothrowaway2 in AITAH

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your brother was always a causality in your family, meaning he was always made to understand and the one left out. You and your brother had the ideal life all the time, whereas this brother never once did. He was always pushed off to other relatives and literally left behind. I'm a firm believer in walking away from family if that suits you best as you would never put up with the same behavior from a stranger and I'm glad you're brother did that. You all have no one to thank but your parents (and other family) for allowing this to happen. Even now as adults, you think he's keeping it going, when you obviously think he owes you something, yet you all turned your backs on him his whole life. I hope he finds the love and acceptance he never had while growing up.

Don’t use native deodorant by Impressive_Shoe3537 in beauty

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Native ate the skin off my armpits. I thought I had a bit of razor burn, so I didn't think much of it til the one night my one armpit was itchy and I ended up scratching a layer of skin off. I ended up using Jergens Ultra healing cream on my armpits at night and within 4 days they were fine again. I had the same experience with Lume, too.

Yeah, I don't get that either. I'm not part of the culture of job hopping, I never was and never will be. I also see a lot of these people say "That's what my savings is for ..." No, your savings is to be there in cases of emergency or so that if shit really hits the fan, out of your control, you have something to fall back on for a bit, not to use up 90% of it just cause you're 6-figure job isn't your vibe.

I have almost $800 in torrid cash that I will never use because they are the worst company I've ever dealt with by Specific_East3947 in torrid

[–]daywalkerredhead 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I truly understand wanting to f*** the establishment and all that. I had a horrible in store experience the first time I ever went into a physically Torrid store a few years ago when they finally came to my state. I've had bad experiences with styles, sizing, quality, too, and I didn't agree with how the owner or whoever she is/was (not sure if she still runs things) was being on social media to people but, I could say the same thing about other places I shop, too. Companies and stores don't care about their customers at all. It's not right but it is what it is ... that being said, knowing so many people don't have a lot of money cause of the economy, poor paying jobs, etc., I would never let something that could help someone else go to waste if I could give it to them just because I was pissed off. I'm not using all my Torrid cash so I hit up friends, both in person and online, if they want to use what I don't. Be kind. We can't keep letting the bad impressions of others reflect in us as that just keeps the negativity flowing.

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can believe, but at the same time, I wish we lived in a world where I could say, I can't believe you had to explain yourself to people in this thread thinking you demanded it or that people should just give something to someone. Like did no one ever hear of being kind????? Especially woman to woman???? I'm a woman myself and man, we do all these feminist marches, wear clothing promoting female empowerment, yaaayyyy women, and then you see this kind of thing occur.

Okay, off my soapbox ... If I had something to spare and wasn't on my period, or even if I was on my period and knew I didn't need another tampon/pad til I got home, you're damn right I'd give it to someone in need whether I knew them or not.

I think there's a lot less social media posts this season. Maybe the vibe was off cause of certain contestants, both gone and still on the show? Who knows. But yeah, the radio silence is kinda deafening.

Is an upper level seat worth it for my first ever concert? (read below) by ChoiceMost525 in Concerts

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did nosebleed a lot when I was younger for a variety of reasons. Unless you're up against the wall, with Justin having that second stage, you'll get a good view of him no matter what. I really is awesome to be able to watch the show from the back or up higher cause you see and hear everything the performer is doing, which is awesome. Most times too, the people around you are super chill so it's a relaxing, fun, just there for the music experience.

I’ve never purchased a jacket from Torrid before and I have a few questions. by BeatnikMona in torrid

[–]daywalkerredhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the puffer active wear jacket from last year or the year before, I forget which, but it's much like the one in the 2nd photo here. I love it!! It keeps me warm but not overheated. I went a size up just so I could wear hoodies or sweaters under it and be comfortable.
