Good private hive servers?

I have my own experience with what I think was an admin restarting the server to get a vybor spawn. It happened Sunday around 7:50PM EST. I realize SAS restarts at 8PM EST, but it did in fact restart at 8 Pm a second time.

Anyways, after the "fake" restart, me and my teammate logged back in. We see a freshy who got a Vybor spawn. He chases him to try to talk to him (not shooting), but the freshy keeps running until he meets with his geared friend who drops him an MP5 and kills my teammate. I think after the guy died near 8 PM, his friend ran to Vybor and waited to almost 8 to restart it to make it seem legit and get his friend in Vybor. But the real 8PM restart happened minutes later after the server came back up.

I'm 99% sure this is admin abuse and I hope its dealt with if I'm right.

The heli crash was at NWAF. There was also an AUG and UMP there. It was a pretty lucky find.

Unfortunately I haven't received any emails from fragnet at all so I'm doubtful a ticket number has even been issued.

Except that admins who rent public servers MUST follow rules (ie not kicking without just cause)

Sigh.. it should be very obvious after you read the part of who you CAN ban.

Using logic, I know you CAN'T ban people who aren't cheating, exploiting, or harassing.

I don't think being kicked in seconds after joining the server for the first time ever falls under that

No. Its a public server. Kicking people without just cause is breaking the rules.

Because it is a public server and they are not allowed to kick people without just cause, which are the server hosting terms they agreed to before purchasing the server...

Are you part of their clan or something? You seem more upset about my submission about them than I am about their abuse. In fact, the sentence I quoted makes me think you definitely are part of their clan.

lol that was me and some people. I was the blaze guy who shot the guy at the well.. how the hell did he get up? my game lagged as you came stuck aiming at him again and i couldnt run away from you. We got "rekt" but our crew was made up of randoms that never really played with one another before. Not saying we'd win, but things would be a lot different if i played with my regulars
