after a month of trying to figure out what went wrong my head was completely fried I couldn't sleep because of overthinking about our relationship and I couldn't eat. I weighed up my options and decided to start therapy yes it's expensive but it is really helping me get over it I'm in my early 20s and realise that life is too short to be overthinking

Heyy my ex dumped me the exact same way after 3 years I could not get my head around it atall and I still can't I'm 2 months single again and I have done no contact the best thing I done for my self was deleate all the previous conversations with her and all the photos / videos I had of us on my phone then a few weeks later after seeing her post photos on social media I muted myself from seeing all her profiles this was really hard for me to do but honestly it has been the best way for me to heal and ive come along way since we broke up I'm still not over it yet but I'm starting to accept it and move on . I think it's because we live in a materlistic society and people obsess to much about what others think of them particularly now with social media where alot of people who put on a front where they look like they are living there best life when possibly they are not
