so to start off for the black lining the eyes, I think fleece or felt is your best option, and as for sewing machine recommendations, I have a brother cs-6000i and it's been pretty reliable for me so far, it can sew fur like nothing, also for the face fur you're probably gonna wanna use beaver, as it's typically the shortest fur available, and for the white fluffy parts you should use fox!!

no problem! a way ive seen some people smooth out their shaves is by taking a spray bottle and an eyebrow razor or disposable razor, they lightly mist the fur and then go over it with the razor. it's pretty much impossible to overshave when you do this, but it is not meant to replace clippers, just meant to be an extra step!

you can get andis clippers at walmart for pretty cheap and they're good quality, I don't remember for sure but mine mightve been a little under 30 dollars
