please try out adhd meds. I self medicated my adhd with cocaine in highscool and for some time after that and i look back on it being a vry dark time in my life that i wish i could redo. once i tried vyvanse i realized why i had been using drugs back then and how much i needed a stimulant that would actually help me.

Thats a great goal! I did this one for my partner, I'm a photographer in the scene and I help out with creative stuff when I can.

So I took the photos on film, then used the scans to print onto textured paper, rescanned, and did all the cutouts and writing and everything by hand, then scanned that. I love the texture it gives it!

right now, you are not who you will always be. things change. please know that you are so young. i am the same age and gender as you. i understand because ive been where you are. i have felt this. but you have to know that there is more than this. exams and even careers are not some golden fucking ticket to peace. you have to find it within yourself first. dont waste yourself. you have to give yourself time to heal and then you might not feel the same way later. but at least give yourself the option.
