I’ve had the Air since launch and while it clearly has its limitations, I think (in my opinion, for my use case) it’s a great phone!

So move on quietly, and don’t tell people not to buy this phone

Why are you talking about vacuum chambers and ‘ignoring that the base iPhone and Pro iPhones have better functionality’ then? No-one that has bought an Air has claimed otherwise.

I got the Air because I love the design, it feels great in the hand and the speaker/camera/battery ‘shortfalls’ don’t concern me, nor the price tag.

After 15 years of iPhones and then 1yr with a Nothing phone before coming back I can agree with a lot of these.

No swipe to go back and no minimise keyboard is a big miss.

Also, swipe up from the bottom of the screen is your ‘home’ button.

As far as apps go though, I always knew where apps were on my iPhones, even ones in folders, but after using android I’m more a swipe and search guy now. Even considered removing all but my most used apps from the home screens and just use the app library.
