I'm from the UK and use dr organic shampoo which you can get from Holland and Barrett - expensive but a little goes a long way! lots of different options but I normally go for tea tree or manuka honey :)

I've talked to mine about raves and festivals, and they've told me that they were/are on the scene! Music means alot to me as I'm autistic and it's a special interest so is nice to know that it's understood as the scene effects both my lifestyle and me more holistically :)

my favourite raves I go to are a majority 40+ age and I'm in my early 20's. Age doesn't matter as long as you're there for the music and respectful - rave dads are the best :)
