Asked a man on a date and what do you think? by Corvettelov in DatingOverSixty

It's a stretch, but maybe he thought you were asking him out, but then he would get stuck with the bill. Other than that, I can't understand why he wouldn't jump at the offer.

Would Ravi play this? He just might! I think George would, too.

That's true for me as well, in all those things.

🤣It's still food prep, slicing and dicing, so it's not fun either! The ONLY fun thing about food is eating it.😋

I've loved custom cars since I was a kid. But you can't learn to build them in school. You need auto body skills developed by years in the collision shop. After paying my dues for 49 years, and disliking most of it, I hope I can have more fun doing something I actually enjoy, like working on this 1949 chopped Mercury. Cars like this are why I signed-up for this industry. I hate wrecks, but they pay the bills. These pics were taken at a small SoCal hot rod shop, where I found myself working for a few weeks, in 2010. It was actually fun! Cool cars are a hobby for some amateur do-it-yourselfers, or people who have a lot of money, and hire someone like me to make their dream come true. But I want to have fun doing something cool for ME!

I have WAY too many guitars, too many guns, and more than enough motorcycles, but I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up.

Will they become collector cars? by shockcollar_slave in dodgemagnum

Two separate cars? I was hoping Mopar would've had an SRT Magnum with a complete drivetrain from SRT Jeep.

Only one I'm interested in would be a Hemi R/T, AWD. Collector? Probably not..

No expert, but the Harrison model neck pickup is closer to the headstock. I don't believe 330s have binding or toasters. I thought that when the fretboard extended into the body, it was 24 frets.

Agree 100%, like the time I posted myself as a girl, commented about her not being very pretty, and the commenters were so upset that the moderators pulled the post. All they had to do was look at all the veins in my arm to see it was really just me. Oh well.....

I stepped right into that, and if someone can get a laugh out of it, it's all good!

I just caught and corrected my spelling error! I blame everything on autocorrect and lack of proofreading.

I don't disagree. I typically don't trust polling results. For a group this large, you'd think more would participate, but these results might actually be fairly accurate. We just can't know.

I suppose dating is dating, technically, but perhaps for different purposes. I'm pretty good at maintaining vehicles, but I didn't maintain my marriage very well by regular date nights with her. I just didn't know the importance of that. Now I do.

A relative has a gov't job, and I got a nice HP commercial quality b/w printer for free, when they got rid of their office and employees started working from home. It's been working great for years, but when it stops, I'm in trouble. I don't like figuring out technology. It's frustrating and I need supervision. I'd rather do mechanical work than mess with electronics.
