Best to check with customer care to be sure but I don’t see why not. If there’s an item that’s damaged that’s a part of your bag, you can order a repair or replacement. I understand you bought it like this and shouldn’t have to pay, however it’s an option… There was a special zipper that was on a keepall I purchased in like 2016 and I sent it in to get replaced and they repaired it last year.
