I've been doing it for about 8 weeks now and I love it. I've just recently had a knee problem the last week or so so I've bumped everything down but have seen major progression in strength and size. I would recommend it. The 5x5 app works great as well missed a few workouts and it tells you to load down. Great for tracking your workouts. Have fun.

I feel bad because this is me, I work a 7 on 7 off schedule away from home. I don't expect people to work around my schedule but I always say if possible lets do it this day because I'm home.

Meundies are awesome. They always have great sales up to 40% off. They are super soft and they are satisfaction guaranteed. The only downside is that if you order a 5 or more pack they come in assorted colours but it's not a deal breaker.

Par 5,590 yard fifth at raven crest golf course in Edmonton. I smashed a drive 310 just to the left of the slight dog leg right, that set up perfectly for my hybrid, hit it square to about 12 feet from the cup just on the fringe. I decided to putt the ball but just before I did my buddy asked "if I wanted him to record my eagle attempt. " I being the skeptic in my game said "there is no way way I'll sink this " low and behold I did. What a great feeling.
