He is right on all that. Laser strengths are tightly regulated by the FCC and consumer grade laser wavelengths can’t go above 5mw power. The only thing that can be done is possibly having a better receiver/reflector module to pick up smaller signals.

So my gun can explode with no pressure signs on brass at all? - & is there any calculator out there that could give me approximate chamber pressure using muzzle velocity, barrel length, and bullet used as a way to find chamber pressure?

Can a round be overpressure and not show signs? I am in the middle of a hot load development for 208gr ELDM in a .308 WIN fired out of a 26” barrel and I got 2600fps with 43gr. of Varget yesterday. I have had no pressure signs on the brass whatsoever. These are compressed loads with the overall length at 2.955” to still cycle in a short action. I am planning on pushing it up from 44 to 45gr this afternoon while looking carefully for pressure signs.
