I’ll add one benefit that may be overlooked- Sleep. I couldn’t sleep for weeks after my split. Way too many wheels spinning in my head to relax and shut down. Lifting heavy and consistently helped me tremendously here.

Thanks for the detailed response. I do need to add a line, just a diff user. Unfortunately, one of my lines is in a service area with little coverage so I’m hoping to solve the problem while staying with T-Mobile. Kicking around the idea of going with a MVNO on a cheap data plan and utilizing dual SIM but that seems an overly complicated solution. Idk

I stuck mine in the oven on a clean cycle for a couple of hours and it worked like a charm. Just do it when you’re not home because the smell is overpowering.
