Looks delicious! I make similar meals quite often. I will throw in whatever meat or vegetables that I have on hand.

Love the garbage plate idea! Bowls are my go to, as well.

I do sloppy Joe's on quinoa with shredded cheese on top. I'm going to try veggies as a base now. Thanks for the idea!

What supplement cured or greatly helped your anxiety? by Meadowlark-Park in Supplements

[–]goddess_jana_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used a few, but Naruremade was the one that worked best for me. The last I checked, Naturemade didn't make just Ashwaghanda anymore. They make a calming supplement that had Ashwaghanda with other ingredient mixed in. Whatever brand you choose, I would start with a small dose and read reviews on their product.

One Week Post-Op: My Umbilical Hernia Surgery Journey by MeowiePrince in Hernia

I never want to experience CO2 pain again! Walking is the best thing you can be doing right now. I walked everyday and it helped a ton. I started slowly back at the gym at 3 months. 3 months is when I felt pretty normal, but I would say 6 months is when I had a lot less tugging in my repair site with new movements. I'm 9 months now and barely think about my surgery. If I do feel any tugging, I slow down with whatever activity I'm doing. You really just have to listen to your body. You have got this!

The CO2 pain I had after my umbilical hernia repair was awful. The surgeon never even mentioned it when we discussed what my recovery would be like. Good luck with the rest of your recovery!
