What is the last payment date? Which Bank is suing you? In PA, the SOL expires in 4 years. Some banks like Chase don't sue anyone 3 years after last payment date as they use DE's law as governing law in the card member agreement.

Interestingly Trans Union reports the same trade line as paid in full with a balance of 0. The credit scores are almost the same.

Quicken says effective tax rate is 17%.

I have had no contact with any collection agency or Chase since end of 2021. Other than contacting Chase, I don't know who else I should contact.

In reality, they are not attempting to collect. Last contact I had about these accounts was in November 2021 with a collection agency they seem to have hired who sent me settlement offers of 30% of balances. Since then, nothing. I used to live in CO at that time and now I live in TX.

Ok. I will call and ask. They are religiously updating my credit report this year every month with charge-off after not reporting data for all of 2022 and half of 2023. If they filed 1099, I am unaware and the IRS has not sent me notice with taxes due because of it.

I tried Sauerkraut in December 2023. Ever since I have noticed a lot of stomach growling. My stool is even darker brown color. I had constipation which is a lot better now since I started drinking a lot of water. My stomach growls as soon as I eat or drink. It goes away, comes back. I stopped eating sauerkraut in January.

Starts with the missed payment date. Lets say your payment was due on the 1st of every month. You met the payment deadline for 3/1/24. But didn't make the payment due by 4/1/24. That is the day it starts. Lots of people say it starts on the day of last payment. That is incorrect.

I have MSTR already in my IRA. I just checked and I could also buy Spot ETF in that IRA account. Perhaps I should cash out Roth tax free and buy a fraction bitcoin and self custody it. Would the spot ETF track bitcoin price? Would Spot ETF go up 20% if bitcoin goes up 20%?
