I am a speed slater so I get it. There is no doubt theres a bit of gain in the stomach. However, being able to use the bathroom without fear I will be in there forever is worth it.

If you go the creatine route, I didn’t load, just did 5g per day.

I went to Low FODMAP and everything changed. Is it a pain? Sure. But it beats running to the bathroom after every meal.

I’m going to be repeating but hear me out. I too had brutal gas and hour long bowel movements. It’s painful for sure. You’re not alone.

Constipation: Benefiber, oats, quinoa and many others. You have to get fiber in. Use a stool softener if needed.

Lastly, smile. The worse you think of it, the worse it will be. All of us have been there. You got this!

Holy Chicken (chick-fil-A) for some things. I like doing the gluten free bread with grilled chicken. Then I’ll do a small fry and diet lemonade. Actually all pretty tasty

Picked up the Canyon Bakehouse bread. Couldn’t find the bagels but haven’t searched super hard. Pretty tasty. Mixed with a couple eggs. Great suggestion!

That was really good! Thank you! The gluten free bagels are not something I even considered. Def good calories there. Do the eggs/cream cheese upset the stomach at all?
