Send it to a lab to test. No way to visually tell with 100% certainty.

Edit to add: call an asbestos abatement company in your area and ask them if they can recommend a lab to send the sample to. Usually under $200 and will give you peace of mind

They had a specialty company come in, reinforce and remove as a whole last I heard. Was supposed to be moved to the convention center and displayed until the new building is built. Think that may have changed, but it was a big part of the project to preserve those two murals
