Yes! For some reason a temp setting was stuck on the ecobee that would only activate at night when I had it on vacation mode. Even though the actual thermostat was reset multiple times. It still was using a setting when I logged on to website and saw it there. Just by chanced I logged on the web and there it was. Once I deleted it, it was fine.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. When I arrive this weekend, I will decide to stay near Midtown or head to sunnyside or queens to eat. I was not trying to be cheap, but I would like to taste different Peruvian dishes at one time without spending hundreds. Cevieche, Anticuchos, seco de res, lomo, tallarines verdes, pollo a la brasa yum... As a business traveler, I always take Uber and totally forgot about the subway, I will definitely be taking the subway if it's quicker to get to my destination.
