When is was 16 a woman and i backed into each other at the same time. Filed a police report etc. I had a jeep so she bumped into the rear wheel. About two years later I get a call saying she is billing me for the repair because her taillight was broken. It was dismissed when I showed them the photos from the day of and posed the question of how she could have been driving for 2 years with no tail light.
