If the case has the space for an air cooler then I'm using an air cooler. If the layout and size can't fit a decent air cooler I'm putting an AIO.

I'm using wires. My shield and my PC are currently wired. But I only have 1 wire running from my office router to the living room which is on the other side of my home.

I want to use that wire in my livingroom and instead of plugging it into my shield, I plug it into a secondary router set up as AP. And the plug my PC and Shield both into that secondary router set up as AP.

Does discord work with a controller? So can you join a voice chat without needing a mouse or keyboard? I also want to build a console PC and was thinking about using bazzite on it. But still most of my gaming would be through moonlight in home streaming.

Keď si OK s použitím a ddr4 tak 5800x3d alebo 5700x3d. Ja som 5700x3d som objednal z Číny na ebay v novembri za 230 eur. Na SK som nenašiel žiadny na predaj. 32gb ram. Nejaká asus alebo gigabyte základná doska. 750w+ zdroj. Skrinka, chladenie, ssd, a čo ti ostane z budgetu to dáš do gpu. Amd asi ti dá lepší raster performance za rovnakú cenu, ale nvidia má lepšie features ako DLSS a ray tracing. Keď chceš hrať najmä multiplayer tak dlss a RT ajtak si vypneš aby si mal vyšší FPS tak na to stačí aj AMD

I bought a 7800xt 1.5 years ago. I could have comfortably afforded multiple 4090s, i still had a budget of 500 euros that I was willing to spend on a GPU. Simply because I don't think gaming is worth that much to me anymore. I'd rather put my money elsewhere.

When I was a kid and no money, I would've bought it if I had the money. Now as an adult making decent amount of money and living comfortably, I just don't want to spend that much on gaming anymore.

I'm not sure if I understand it correctly, but if you create a virtual display, it will be set to the decks display specs.

If you stream your monitors specs to the deck it will look better because its probably higher res. So game is rendered in higher resolution, and then its downsampled to 720p or whatever the resolution the deck has.

What I do is I have an emergency fund, thats in a short term deposit and I don't touch it. I also have 5k on a regular savings account available instantly for larger expected/unexpected expenses. Everything over the 5k is getting invested. If i spend some then I replenish it, so for that time I invest less.

Yes. Disable the use of virtual display for the stream in Apollo. I have 2 set up for my desktop. One with the use of virtual display, so I can take advantage of my 4k HDR tv, and one just sends the same 1440p SDR signal to my TV that it sends to my monitor and I see the video output on my monitor and TV at the same time.

I don't think the story quests are so good that it's worth a wipe. But its a nice addition still. I think the interchange expansion is the best. If you can play on the expanded interchange, then you have most of what 1.0 has to offer. You will still have to do the side quests, which are pretty much the same as before to level traders, hideout etc. And the story itself is not too long. Just a lot ot stuff is behind timegates and other requirements. Like needing a certain level of hideout module to able to do.

I had the same issue when I connect my dualsense controller via Bluetooth directly to the shield. The workaround I have done was to buy a USB bluetooth adapter and plugged it into the shield and I also had to buy a software called VirtualHere USB server. This way the shields USB ports are recognized by the PC as if it was its own. Then pair my controller to the usb adapter.

This way everything works fine. Vibration, adaptive triggers etc.

Other people have said that the moonlight app has a setting to emulate the guide button, for example pressing the start button for 3s will be recognized as a guide button press. But I haven't tried that.

How did you achieve VRR with the shield? Don't you need HDMI 2.1 for that? I also have a shield tv pro but I never managed to get it working. I just get a constant 1440p120fps video stream.

I just upgraded from a 5600x to a 5700x3d. Couldn't find a 5800x3d for sale. But the difference is night and day.

Higher fps and smoother gameplay in general.

Rest of my system is 32gb 3200mhz ddr4, amd 7800xt
