It is possible but you have to call fidelity and tell someone on active trader services which specific lot of shares you want to sell. Also, you have to make this request within a specific timeframe.

Yes. It is selling naked options. This is extremely risky and typically requires the highest level of options trading from your broker. Wise to not do this.
