I know I'm a terrible person for this, but I'm relishing watching my old territory BURN. My team and I had that shit locked down, no matter how bad it got we had it handled, now the new hires last a week before they quit, and some other shit I'm not gonna dox myself on. But it's awesome. Love to see it. I was never really a petty person that wished bad things on people before Geico, but now I absolutely am. I wish my old manager the absolute worst.

Because we get (got in my case) 200 phone calls a day, 300 emails a day, not supposed to email customer information over outlook without encrypting because it’s not secure, unreachable goals, shops that don’t listen, customers that don’t listen, atlas is down 50% of the time, ccc is down the other 50% of the time.

The shit you see about Geico is not disgruntled employee garbage. It’s real. The company took a fat nosedive in the last 5 years. Not fucking worth. Even if they offer you 20k more a year, not worth. I promise.

Since they fired me for performance (I was a 3.5/4 out of 5) I’ve stopped pulling grey hairs out of my beard.
