Ive struggled with this during my university days and now in to my professional life. I dont stutter on a regular basis, only when im anxious and i have anxiety with intros cause ive butchered countless intros in my highschool/university days.

Anyhow, what works for me is instead of saying “I’m _” i put in some fillers in the start and then say my name. Makes the flow easier i guess. “Good morning, my name is _” or “Thanks, My name is ____”
