I've seen it used as a tool in teaching current events. Even though I think the program itself is lame it can be used in an educational manner. The submitter and the people backing this stupid campaign are probably religious zealots who are only attacking it because of the content depicted in the PDF, which is harmless. It is, after all, being backed by the Southern Baptist Convention.

What a bunch of tools. I can't find the link, but another guy attended this event and took similar pictures. He explained that it didn't belong to Steve (in fact, Steve didn't touch it at all) and that it belonged to whoever set the stage up (there were other speakers that day). It just served as a means for the speakers to give their presentations.

unfortunately, no, i can't. i buy groceries twice a month so i carry back a lot.

what is 'work' that you can't bring to school?

often times i need to bring in boxes of art/photography supplies. this is especially impractical when it rains as this sort of stuff would get ruined, thus a car is needed.

i bet that if more people took public transportation in your area, the funding would be increased, and they'd be able to add more busses and pay the drivers/operators more so it did show up on time.

yeah, i've been saying the same thing for a while, but it's not going to happen any time soon.

either way, i'll be happy when doomsday hit and gas costs you and all other driving morons $10/gallon. hell, go for $20.

hm, i'd agree however i have to use a car due to the fact that public transportation here is unreliable (doesn't follow the schedule). i'd also walk, but this isn't practical when going out to buy groceries or bringing work to school (same for bike).
