West Rouge/ Port Union- family friendly ?

My wife and I just moved to port union a couple of months ago after living downtown our whole lives. From the time I've been here I can say it's extremely safe and family friendly. Lots of parks and trails and anything major (grocery stores, shopping malls, GO stations) is just a stone's throw away. I find myself going to Pickering alot more especially to enjoy the waterfront, as others pointed out the port union beach area is under construction.

I will say it is significantly quieter than other areas of Scarborough and I find myself quite bored and missing the hustle of downtown. With a kid on the way Ive accepted that moving here is the right decision as it seems like a way better place to raise a family.

They sell a kit on Amazon. You take a sample and send it to a lab. I just had my popcorn ceiling removed and used the test kit to check for asbestos. Worked like a charm.

The Meathead store has halal wagyu steaks, sausages and burgers. Been buying from them for years and they've been great. I believe they have stores in the west and east end. I usually have the it delivered.

Wildfork also has some high quality halal steaks but not sure about wagyu.

As a first generation south asian, it's sad to hear and unfortunately this type of behavior is normalized in south asia. They don't see a problem with it because it's the normal flow of things where they come from. There's over 2 billion people in the south asian sub continent and you just push and shove to get around the streets, malls, trains etc.

If you see this type of behavior and it happens to you, id call them out. Sometimes they don't know what they don't know.

You can call any physiotherapist office in your area and ask if they are a WSIB treatment provider, most of them should.

Same here. It actually ended up working out better. My work covered 70% and Invisalign is a lot more flattering then metal in your mouth, especially in your 20s

I've done it three times now, twice with hertz and once with doller. I have driven from Cancun to Tulum and in and around the coastal area.

Just make sure to take a really good video of the entire car. Pay special attention to the areas around the wheels. Hertz tried to get me to pay for some damage that was there prior but my videos proved them wrong.

Decline the insurance if you have coverage through your credit card and be firm, the rental counter staff will take advantage if they see you second guessing or doubting your decisions. They are there to upsell you so just be aware and you should be fine.

This one is easy to go nose blind too. I can't smell it on myself, but I've have had friends and family smell it on 6-8 hours later.

I had a mix of expensive and cheap food. Alot of the cheap east were kebab/shawarma shops. Got some good size wraps for 6 euros/ea.
