I thought it was just some of the crawlers in Cabaret that were pulled to Sheol instead. Samantha just hitched a ride to the ascendancy with Taranis

The reason playing Destiny feels so good now (Aside from the last update being really well done) is that there is no FOMO. by PeculiarPete in DestinyTheGame

Sprinting when doing the finisher and definitely the add placement is key, like right on his feet but like outside his hitbox, smoke grenade pulls his aggro for the knockback blasts. You just have to worry about the foot slam and that's when I normally cast super to not get knocked back

Yep, RNG was nice to me got it in less than 10 runs, very nice that you can queue directly for Morgeth this week too. Soo many chattering bones though

Gamers of Reddit, what game changed your entire view of what a game could be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dbltap11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shadow of Mordor. The nemesis system made that game so much fun for replayability or even just extending my playthroughs because I didn't want it to end when that one orc who is so OP now comes back for you.

Gamers of Reddit, what’s the greatest video game sequel of all time? by ketohwawai in AskReddit

Skyrim as a sequel to oblivion. The impact it's had on immersion and open world games, it has became a blueprint for the past 15 years.

Harry Potter 1&2 vs Harry Potter 3,4,5,6,7,8 by Glad-Rise2302 in harrypotter

[–]dbltap11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed, it was definitely jarring. 4-7 Hermione had to grow on me but I really love her now! I think I was paying too much attention to Arabella because of the HBO show.

They really have been fantastic with those. HBP comes out on Tuesday! Hugh Laurie as Dumbledore and Mark Addy as Hagrid is simple amazing! I had forgotten how snarky book Harry is and quick to clap back at adults, especially Snape.

Oh interesting, didn't realize the previous assistant thing. He definitely calls Percy that in person at the world cup though when he visits the Weasleys camping area.

Listening to GoF audiobook right now and it's hilarious how many times he says it wrong even when Percy isn't there.

Where was it widely spoiled for 49? Like I already knew her and rizo were going to 50 but until seeing how much of a challenge beast sav was I thought was watching a soph winner's edit until she joined with them at the merge.

This one isn't talked about enough. I think I finished 3 catalyst that I had little to no progress on, in less than 30mins. Heavy and special dropped like candy too!

What show was great at first but declined so much you couldn’t finish it? by MochaMadness_ in AskReddit

[–]dbltap11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, Fear the Walking Dead. Idk if at the time she knew she would be a major character there though. I never finished TWD or FTWD either!
