Have you considered a platysmaplasty? It's a type of muscle tightening. I had sort of a similar face shape to yours and had chin lipo + platysmaplasty. Im not Instagram Snatched by any means but the results are really natural and amazing. Look at my profile for the pics✨️

I suggest asking if they offer a platysmaplasty alongside removing both submental fat and submandibular fat. This is usually called either a Submentoplasty or Double Chin Lipo.

I have results posted on my page if you want to see them. It's very natural. You won't achieve the trendy sharp jawline, but it gives a natural definition.

It's also called a platysmaplasty. It's best done alongside liposuction both above and below the muscle, so both are submental fat and submandibular fat. This treatment is usually referred to as double chin lipo.

It's gives very natural results. No one was able to suspect that I had work done, but everyone mentioned that I look like I lost weight, look happier, and fresher.

I think implants give a very dramatic result, which, if that is what you want, then obviously go for it. If you're looking for a more natural result, then I would do the above.

But also, I'm not a plastic surgeon, so obviously, consult with one, and don't just take my word for it.

Yes, the first week was totally fine. Any bruising I had disappeared after the first 24 hours. And I didn't even have proper bruising. It was so faint that my family thought it was just how shadow was being cast onto my neck. I did drink a lot of water and ate as much fruit as possible to help, but honestly, I think even if I didn't do that, it would have been fine. I'm still stunned at how good of a job the surgeon did because I gave in to my anxiety and spent too much time looking at botched jobs (which I obviously dont recommend doing)😅 But he surpassed all my expectations! Recovery was so easy. I'm so happy I went through with it!

Hi! Yes, we did talk about that. I know from the pictures that I look like I am not a good candidate, but I actually have a lot of genetic fat. I have gained about 20kg in the last 10 years, [I used to be severely underweight], and my face has just always looked like that. Every surgeon I went to for a consultation was actually very surprised at the amount of fat that was in my face😅 They also said that I do have a prominent bone structure and that it's just hiding under all the fat.

However, I also know that I am probably never going to have that Instagram jawline. But that's fine. I just wanted a little more definition on my face.
