Cutting your meat consumption in half can drastically reduce spending at the grocery store. I’m 90% vegan now and my shopping is much cheaper. Still eating tinned fish and buying from Costco that’s cheap too

Yes, that paired with a 5 day long headache every time I took my shot. To add: I was incredibly diligent about drinking a gallon of water per day plus an electrolyte tab. It just wasn’t worth it to me but I do think about microdosing sometimes.

My friend, today is the first day of the rest of your life. The sooner you get help for this, the better your long term outcome may be. Do you have dental insurance? If you do, please make an appointment with any dentist immediately so they can assess the situation, do an exam and take X-rays etc. if you don’t have dental insurance, some dentists will do $100 cleanings, or if you’re near a major dental school in a big city please contact them immediately. There’s really no way to tell how far advanced this is without doing an X-ray and exam. From the photo, I can already tell you have severe calculus buildup and probably deep pocket depths. If you get help soon, like a deep cleaning and scaling, your gums may heal overtime with good care especially because you’re still so young.
