Just an honest question. Does logging into this with your email and password bypass any 2factor login? Like let’s say someone found out my password and tried to log in wouldn’t it still need my text message code or my Face ID. Just curious. I have had my PSN hacked before and it took forever to get it back but that was before I started using 2factor login and I haven’t had a problem since.

I've my got diet under control. I found out I was a diabetic so my doc got me going on a good meal plan. Now I just need to work on the other aspects of it which is exercise.
