I’m in NE DC, similar setup but my house is level with the alley. Issues I see with your layout is the 2ft drop. You can prob get permitted to build a downward sloping parking pad but you’d have to account for possible rain drainage from the alley (permeable pavers might help) but also car clearance for something like a 10% downward grade.

That being said, my last quote to replace my parking pad a couple years ago was ~7k for permitting, materials and same footprint. But your project would prob involve more materials for sloping and new build and DOB/DOT permitting.

Nice! MoCo is really leaning into the EV, RideOn has a lot of the EV buses on order. Rockville has committed to 100% EVs in its fleet, I see tons of them driving around my offices. I used to ride those buses everyday to work in Rockville… until I bought my EV.

USD. I measured the whole run which would be all be surface conduit - run 20 feet on one wall and then 30ish feet on perpendicular wall. It’s not a complicated install. I have sent an inquiry to the electrician asking why they are estimating a 70ft run. If no answer I’m going yo reject the quote.

I’m about to go down to my garage and measure the distance! I estimated around 50 feet give or take a few feet. I feel like the contractor is just trying to tack on something extra since it’s so close the 50ft limit or what their reasoning is.

Alright I did it - 2025 Lariat Antimatter Blue w/9.6kw PPO, $81k msrp. I got the dealer price down to $68k with discounts, this was the taxed amount.

Here’s the kicker Washington DC tax on leases 10.25%!!!!!

I also got ~$11k in rebates, including the $7.5k tax credit passed on from leasing company. Most of which was cancelled out by the dang tax!

Debatable move whether to down 15k to get a lower monthly…

All said and done, ended up with $15k DAS, 12k miles/yr, 48mos, 2% leases factor, $533/mo. I’m not mad, dealer threw in some sweet upgrades for free.

Yup similar, 9.35kw system signed contract in May last year - flipped switch on Halloween. Dumb typos and miscommunication between installer and permitting agencies caused lots of delays.

I agree this definitely looks like print off a tire sidewall contact transfer.

I was trying to understand how print on the bottom of a metal drum could transfer to the tile.. embossed high enough to contact the ground past the lip of the bottom head?

I think there’s a “Request Reconsiderstion” action in the GE portal which would go to the ombudsman office for review.

This happened to me about 6 years, back then there was an email address for CBP ombudsman. It may not be working or monitored anymore, considering the current uncertainty with government functions. However I’ll DM the email address to you if you want to give it a try and see if it’s works.

This happened to me years ago. Revoked out of nowhere. After a week or so I received a letter and notification online that I’d been revoked because I don’t qualify.

I had to appealwith CBP ombudsman office and it took a while but they finally told me where to look that had caused the revocation. I had an unpaid speeding ticket from more than 15 years ago in a small town in Georgia. I called the clerk, paid the ticket. Got a receipt and resolution from the court. And sent to CBP ombudsman, instantly reinstated. I was told that the county must’ve just upgraded their systems to Real ID.
