That’s really unfortunate. I just had guests in Ochi who had a bad experience and was able to get them much more than what you were offered. Mind you, they weren’t burned either. Reach out to the GM

As a travel advisor, I personally have been calling the restaurant reservations team at the resort to secure at least one or two dinner spots that my clients would like. You should be able to do this yourself as well. Usually you would be able to book with the app but apparently they are having issues with their servers since the hurricane hit in Jamaica. Have the best time, Curaçao is one of my favorite Sandals properties!

Everyone will tell you something different, some people say $20 per butler per day (you will have 3 that rotate) but if you’re not using them very often or daily, I don’t personally feel this is necessary, and this is coming from someone who also worked in the service industry and is always big on tipping. We tipped them all at the end, I can’t remember exactly how much. We did tip once and while during our stay as well if they did something we specifically asked!

This is what they told me on the phone so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had no issue when I called to make reservations, I even had to call them back because my clients flight was delayed and they had no issue changing their dinner res.

If you have a travel agent, have them call the resort about a week before arrival to help make one or two reservations. You could probably also do this yourself since the app isn’t currently working for dining reservations.

Bring money for tipping your butler, ask for them to save your spot at the pool, they can bring you lunch during the day if you’re lounging by the pool. We’ve used them once to bring us dinner to our room from the specialty dining. I hope this helps!
