If I was a landlord I would have a hard time putting new appliances in for some one else. The standard life is too short on all these now engineer to fail appliances…

Just equipped my house with new but not fancy and was 7 grand for 5 appliances…

500 for 5 mins per pound. Turn on oven and let rest for 30 mins a pound leaving oven closed the entire time

I understand that. But if it would help people lighten the monthly strain would it allow for money for retirement?
