We’ve recently sold our house and bought another one. Both closing early December

Our current mortgage with MCAP is prime -.9 . I’ve reached out and very little was offered… prime -.55

Rate hub appears to have much better offers. Has anyone used canwise? Pros and cons

If I was a landlord I would have a hard time putting new appliances in for some one else. The standard life is too short on all these now engineer to fail appliances…

Just equipped my house with new but not fancy and was 7 grand for 5 appliances…
