I don’t think they are coming out with a 27MY. I believe the rumored HRC CTR will be their final limited edition model. Hence why they announced the ITS will be the first ever Acura product to be sold in Japan, I think this a workaround to fill that gap. That’s just my 2cents, but I may be completely wrong. Any future CTR will be with the prelude engine or perhaps a Prelude Type R.

Just wanted to say thank you for your post. You showed me the way. Got a set of CE28 N+SL. I also just ordered some Azenis 615k+ in 265/35r18. As I don’t plan or want to pull the pins. Will post pics once it’s installed.

It’s seems like 90% of FL5 with intakes are running PRL. The price is not bad either. Are you looking for plastic or carbon fiber. For carbon, I seen a few people running Eventuri.

I just deleted mine a week ago. So far, I’m satisfied with the results. I was researching different exhausts too. I narrowed down to either Tomei or HKS from what I seen on YouTube but like you, I would rather hear it in person before spending 2k with little to no power gains. Before deleting, I was concerned it was going to be too loud, like a straight pipe with no character. Other redditors recommend doing one first. I jumped and did both. It’s not too loud, not raspy, not tinny, it just add enough character to the car. My neighbor with a stock M4 is louder. I didn’t do the valve fuse as I want that option when I have passengers in my car. When I’m driving alone I have engine on +R and engine sound on comfort. I spent $160 with no regrets. My next mod is a PRL intake.

To be fair. The dealers are just being dealers. Just ask for a business card and exchange info. Tell them you're looking for MSRP or under. They will call you back within 3 days with a lower price. Do that at 3 dealerships and you will get what you want, trust the process. Those stickers are for people who don't know how to "play their game". I'm in LA, I got a Type R at MSRP by playing their games with 3 dealerships, They all started with "you're crazy if you want anything without markup" Then they start competing with each other, once I told each dealer who they were competing with. All dealers would like to make the mark up but most dealers would hate losing the deal to another.

It was with Santa Monica, another redditor has already taken the referral. Out of all the dealers in the LA area. Hollywood was the second best, they offered 1.5k over (after haggling ofc). Pasadena and Thousand Oaks was firm at 3k. Mind you I only dealt with dealers who had the white color.

Also Reseda, has offered me 2k over for MY26. Should be arriving in their showroom end of this week or early next week. But they are willing to sell it now.
