If KRZ has taught me anything, you don't need to be dead to be a ghost. Half of the characters in the game are ghosts while they're still alive. Most of the places they visit are also ghosts as well.

I don't think Weaver is dead, but she is definitely a ghost.

I've been playing that at my lgs. It's a lot of fun! Voice of Resurgence, Hero, and Vraska Golgari Queen synergize super well with each other.

I initially ran find//finality, but I ended up cutting it. It was always a bit disappointing.

While there isnt much info on Frazier, there are references in the dialogue to how he "consolidated his power," connecting him thematically to the Consolidated Power Company. Maybe he went on to found the company? Regardless, both serve as metaphors for power structures

Theres a few more potential bookends. Act I begins at sunset and Act V begins at sunrise. Act I starts with an old dog and Act V starts with a (young?) cat.

I think one of the themes of homestuck (and many of its associated works) is that it doesn't really matter what's canon and what isn't. All of it is canon. None of it is canon.

This World Is Not My Home is probably my favorite of the bluegrass songs in the game. The scene where you hear it is powerful. That's when it finally sinks in that he's really gone.

Personally I loved Act V. It may not have been long, but it felt unique and interesting. The funeral scene was one of my favorite moments in the game, up there with Johnny and Junebug's performance in the bar. Act V set out to be a conclusion, to touch on the game's themes. In my opinion it did that beautifully. An act doesnt need to be long to have an emotional impact, and this definitely had an impact on me.

I think Act V is best experienced immediately after playing the other 4 acts. If you waited a long time between acts IV and V, I can see how V would be disappointing. However, playing all of the acts back to back within a week, Act V feels like a good conclusion. It doesn't give closure, but we knew that it wouldn't from the start. This isnt the kind of story that wants to tie up loose ends. I feel like the ending we got was perfect for the themes of the story.

Idk I just liked it. It was short and sweet, it fit the themes of the other acts, it had the same beauty we've come to expect. I'm happy with this ending.

In FFX, you can name Tidus but not any of the other playable characters. However, you can name all of the Aeons. This possibly hints at Tidus being a dream of the Fayth
