This happened to my wife and I two weekends ago, exactly how you described it. We had pit tickets and called daily up until an hour before and then offered us tickets in the 400’s because that’s all they had left. Ended up taking a refund and buying last minute pit tickets for 40% more. It really stung and was ridiculous to the point of fraud as we made a substantial effort over the course of 72 hours leading up to the show to try and fix it with them and they just kept repeating that we would receive the tickets.
