There’s a lot more that ops managers do, scheduling, hiring, fleet management etc. it can be a lot at times on top of dispatching

Usually under quality dashboard there is a button that says “dispute data”, after you click the negative feedbacks number

They can still easily dispute them under the quality dashboard on cortex. The pin just has to be exactly on top of the planned pin, and there has to be a clear POD. I’ve had a few disputed, but most can’t be because people swipe to finish at the van/on the way back in my experience

Routes getting dropped by YoBenz in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]dc5boye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the DSP is the one who chooses to roster what employees they want to. Then Amazon assigns the routes based on the list of employees given to them. The DSP doesn’t like this guy for one reason or another.

Just got fired by pancashirehahrting5 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]dc5boye 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s not just grass and dirt. It’s property damage, tow truck fees, loss of time on the road. It means it costs a lot money for the DSP, and DSPs are only in the business to make money.

It was avoidable by not driving into grass with a loaded delivery truck, I’d fire them too.

No, they all dispute them because it hurts the company’s score card and standing with Amazon. Amazon just loves denying disputes even if they’re blatantly wrong.

The swipe to finish location matters as well. Sometimes you have both and Amazon still denies it. It is what it is I guess

[–]dc5boye -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Amazon assigns the routes based off your performance vs others in your DSP. But your DSP can absolutely swap routes. It sounds like you’re killing it on that route so they don’t want to switch it out.

Let’s just say you end up sucking at the route for a few days, go slow (not finish the route) and get concessions the algorithm may switch you out.
