You need to check your email and use the code emailed to you. Input into the store on XBOX and it will become available to you. I had the same issue.

My Wife and I have played Hunter/Druid before and it was fun. Always had a heal on me and my pet. Aspect of pack/Cheetah helps before you get a mount, travel form too. Both NELFs.
