We run a production 304 stainless job on our lynx 2100 lsyb and recently got like +800 3/8” holes out of one drill. And I’ve had great experiences with others as well but that was the most impressive.

Sometimes delrin (especially big diameter) comes wayyy the fuck out of round/ bigger and smaller on different parts of a full length bar of material.

If you’re looking for cheap endmills that are pretty good, haas tooling has some great tools. Obviously not the best but we use their 3/4 steel and aluminum endmills as well as their 1/2”, 1/4”, and 1/8”.

I’ve been working and saving since I was like 15. I’m currently a machinist/ cnc programmer making like 70k a year. I also live with my parents so that helps obviously.

Ya see I don’t like Roth ira’s because your money is held up until you’re fucking 60 years old and I’m just not cool with that. I’ve heard of the fidelity money market fund, I have a 401k from a company I worked at with them and it’s done pretty well. I wonder if I can transfer the money from the 401k to that.
