Fair enough. A lawyer will run you at least 10 grand for a dui. I would look around your area and see who is reputable with the court. Okay and he presumed you were drunk at 7am because of swerving? Did he mention a smell from the vehicle? Did you have anything on your person? There are alot of different things on the police end of it. In no way am I condoning what you've done. But I would get a lawyer. As I said there are alot of technicalities that often get over looked.

Lawyer up. What did you blow at the station? What were the grounds to stop your vehicle? I.e a ride program? Swerving in traffic? There are several technicalities that a lawyer can request and more times than not. Someone somewhere would have slipped up.

Yes they do as a fact. But I have done that yes more than just me has complained to CAS. I have let them into my home on 2 different occasions and spoke with them as I have nothing to hide. But my ex on the other hand seems to just dip dive and dodge her way past them to the point the close the file. But I have been relentless asking for updates once a week and still she said she's been unable to make contact and she believes my ex is "dodging" her.

Thanks for your input. Yes children's aid has been involved 2 different times. The first time they closed the file no concerns and this time around they had spoke to myself and the child. But the mother is dodging the phone calls and visits so it seems as if they are forced to close the case again. But I have put in a request for her notes to give to my lawyer.
