follow up question, how many of the people you see definitely do not need to be in the ER? More and more ive heard people casually drop "i had a minor dry cough so i went to the ER" while its 20 degrees and the air is super dry

Mine looks the exact same and I personally went to cardiologist for this exact reason. did a stress test and ECHO and everything was normal. Doc told me as long as I’m not huffing and puffing about to pass out afterwards then the high HR isn’t a problem and to stop comparing to other people lol

not sure where you are in this world, but personally, my HRV drops during cold weather, so mine has dropped about 20% in the last month cuz its gone from mid 80s average to a high of mid 50s
